Know what is included

What Bonegevity is responsible for

Bonegevity is your service. Patient services and communication are provided under the Bonegevity brand.
Remote support may be available nationally. Monitoring, education, navigation, reminders, and administrative support may be provided when they do not constitute medical care.
Clinical care follows licensure. Medical advice, diagnosis, prescribing, and other licensed care are provided only by a Bonegevity clinician appropriately licensed where the patient is located.
Your included services will be confirmed in writing. Urgent care, physician visits, prescribing, labs, imaging, therapy, and equipment are not automatically included.
Optional services are priced before purchase. Bonegevity will not charge again for a service being provided as insurance-covered care.

Remote education, tracking, reminders, and administrative support may be available without a clinical service. A person is available when technology is not enough.
